Raida has over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering training and professional learning programs in Information Technology, Leadership and Business Strategy for IT and Senior Executive Leaders in Government, Construction, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare, and Energy industries in the USA, Australia, and New Zealand. She has established over 200 information technology and leadership programs and collaborated with over 1000 Senior Technology Executives and Business Leaders in government and private sectors to design professional learning programs that offer solutions to the technology and leadership challenges in their organizations.

Raida has a Master’s degree in Marketing and Organizational Development from NSW University, Masters of Arts, from Macquire University, and Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology, Sydney University, and is a Certified Trainer.
