Roger Bhalla
Manager, Supply Chain Strategy & Technology, ConocoPhillips

Roger Bhalla is currently the Manager of Supply Chain Strategy and Technology for ConocoPhillips. In this role, Bhalla is responsible for re-architecting key processes and IT systems used to execute a supply chain that is responsible for >$20B in spend annually. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips in 2012, Bhalla was the Vice President of Supply Chain Enablement at Hewlett-Packard. In this capacity, he drove a significant expansion of supply chain capability for >$250M in annual profit improvement, while standardizing business processes and consolidating IT systems. In his 15 years at HP, he held a number of leadership positions in Supply Chain, Marketing and Business Planning. Earlier in his career, Bhalla was with the Ford Motor Company in Procurement, as well as with General Dynamics and Santa Clara Plastics in Engineering positions. Bhalla holds an MBA in Marketing/Management and Bachelors of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Texas (Austin). He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CPSC) from APICS.

Tracie Slone
Director Global Supply Chain, Marathon Oil Company

Tracie Slone holds the position of Director Global Supply Chain at Marathon Oil. In this role, she leads a Global Supply Chain Organization supporting contracting, materials procurement, inventory management, SAP systems, supply chain processes, model contract development and administration, and shore base management efforts across US and International locations. Tracie started with Marathon in 1998. She began her career in Findlay, OH within the downstream Supply Chain Organization. Since then, she has held over 20 roles within Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing; in the Corporate, Upstream, and Downstream Organizations, as well as both domestically in the US and in supporting International Operations.

Pablo A Zarra
Global Process Advisor – Contracting, Chevron

Pablo Zarra is the Global Process Advisor for Contracting at Chevron Corporation based in Houston. He is responsible for leading the contracting function at the enterprise level for Chevron.

Beginning his 24-year career with Chevron in Argentina, Pablo has dedicated his professional career to delivering results in a wide range of Contracting and Supply Chain Management positions of increasing responsibility in Argentina and Venezuela (overseeing Latin American operations) and in the United States in California and Texas. His business travels have taken him to operations in Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, Kazakhstan, China, Angola, Nigeria, and other key locations. These diverse assignments have provided him in-depth experience in strategic and operational aspects of Contracting and SCM.

Pablo has a deep understanding of the challenges and complexity of contracting in a global environment and of the increasing demands this complexity places on contracting professionals. He is passionate about improving contracting organizational capability and increasing the value delivered to the business by the Contracting discipline.

A Board Member of the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management, Pablo received his Bachelor’s degree in Law and postgraduate degree in Oil Law from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and has a certificate in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

JD Bhusri

Frank Schroder
Senior Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager - Americas Region, McDermott International

Frank Schroder is a Senior Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager Americas Region at McDermott International. He is a logistics professional with 28 years of experience in operations, leadership and management in the international freight forwarding and global supply chain management business.

Frank has utilized the past six years to improve the supply chain of a leading oil and gas EPCI company in the Atlantic and Middle Eastern regions, through application of the knowledge gained during 22 years in the freight forwarding industry. He registered supply chain savings for Middle East region exceeded US$20 million in 2012. He was a central contributor to achieving Export, Import, FCPA and UK Bribery Act compliance for the company, minimizing risk exposure, while streamlining operations to maximize profits.

In addition, Frank introduced innovative application of software to produce faster, error-free transport documents, reduced global shipment delays, optimized inventory cycle time, while contributing to on-time fabrication and meeting customer schedules. John F. Wadephul
Material Planning Global Functional Lead, Fluor

John Wadephul has over 30 years of experience with Fluor Corporation, a FORTUNE 500 global engineering and construction firm. Wadephul is an industry expert in managing and planning materials for mega downstream projects and upstream projects including the Hebron Topsides project and Chayvo OPF Expansion project. He has experience planning materials through all phases of a project, including coordinating with engineering teams to identify required materials and then following those materials through fabrication, modularization, mechanical completion and turnover. Wadephul began his career during the 1980s industry downturn working at an oil field services company managing the production and inventory of oil well perforating charges. Early career experiences, combined with the cyclical nature of the oil and gas industry and its effect on owners, service providers and suppliers, has given Wadephul the knowledge necessary to strategically plan and coordinate project materials amidst various economic conditions.

Rick Faircloth
Principal Engineer, Cameron

Rick has more than 48 years’ experience in the field of steel melting, castings, forgings, heat treatment, material selection, nondestructive examination, quality, welding along with API & ASME technical standards development. In his career, Rick has held numerous positions in manufacturing, quality management, project management, standards management and engineering and has spent 36 years in API Upstream and 22 years in ISO Pipeline transportation systems standards development. Rick is currently involved in numerous API and ASME technical committees for standards development and serves as Chairman of API SC6 TG1 on pipeline & subsea pipeline valves, API 20A –Steel castings and Vice Chairman of API SC20 Supply Chain Management as well as a member of ASME B16 Subcommittee N ( B16.10 & B16.34).

Anders Dahl

Anders is Global Sourcing Director at FMC Technologies and has been with the company for 5.5 years. During Anders’ time with FMC he and his team have implemented Category structures for Direct Material Spend, Indirect Material, Machinery & Equipment and Logistics. Ross Harvison

He has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial, engineering and manufacturing environments in the energy, refining and petrochemicals industries. Robert J Schneider
