Roger Bhalla is currently the Manager of Supply Chain Strategy and Technology for ConocoPhillips. In this role, Bhalla is responsible for re-architecting key processes and IT systems used to execute a supply chain that is responsible for >$20B in spend annually. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips in 2012, Bhalla was the Vice President of Supply Chain Enablement at Hewlett-Packard. In his 15 years at HP, he held a number of leadership positions in Supply Chain, Marketing and Business Planning.
